The 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe has much to offer. It is a carry-over model that can be perfect for a family, college student, or anyone else in-between. If you’re into options, the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe has you covered. The SUV is available in six trim variants: LS, LT, RST, Z71, Premier, and High Country.
Are you interested to see it in person? Then, come visit Jay Hodge Chevrolet of Muskogee in Muskogee, OK, and take the new Tahoe for a test-drive. The vehicle is on our lot, waiting for you to take it for a spin.
As for the vehicle’s interior, it is way more spacious than the outgoing model. For instance, what was once a crowded third-row seat has now gained approximately 10 inches of legroom. Plus, the second-row seats can move forward and backward in the 2022 version. That gives people the flexibility to adjust them and sit comfortably.
Then, there is also the significant cargo space to discuss. When no passengers are on board, the second and third-row seats can be folded down to create 123 cubic feet of space for luggage, sports gear, or anything you need to carry while traveling. Additionally, there is no longer a column shifter. That has been replaced with a push-button/slider setup.
The interior is aesthetic, regardless of which trim you choose, and there is a new motorized, retractable center console lid that provides a high-tech vibe.
The 2022 Tahoe has all the things you’d expect from the model’s exterior. It has defined lines and curves that give it a sophisticated appearance. The front grille, headlight design, and wheels also make it look rugged and tough. This time around, Chevrolet did away with a couple of exterior colors, Shadow Gray Metallic and Graywood Metallic. But that shouldn’t deter you because, with the addition of three new shades, there are ten available for you to choose from to let your unique style shine. They are:
Consumers have some choices to make with the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Regardless of which trim people pick, the SUV will come with a 10-speed automatic transmission. However, they will have to decide if rear or all-wheel drive is right for them. Not to mention, buyers will have to determine what engine they want. There are three available options, a 5.3 liter that delivers 355 horsepower, a 6.2-liter that produces 420 horsepower, and, new this year, a 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel motor. It doesn’t provide as much horsepower as the other two, but what it lacks in that department, it makes up for in torque, with 460 pound-feet.
