Bought a truck from Bryson and had a great dealership experience. He didn't push a bunch of normal salesman crap on me and was honest. Witch i believe is rare at dealerships. The whole staff was great. Fast, easy and friendly people. Gotta ask for Bryson, great and honest guy.

Went in there to get a new key and a key fob for my truck they had the key fob but had to order the key. Linden took good care of me called me the next day to tell me my key had arrived and to stop by at my earliest convenience to finish the process he’s a great guy very professional!

My wife first made contact through the internet regarding a Chevrolet Traverse posted on their web page. She later met Micheal Yadon. What a guy! The Traverse she wanted was “in transit” at the time. Micheal kept us in the know as the deal progressed. He was professional, helpful and courteous.

Also, they went above the norms to show me the vehicle and make sure I had the information I requested. At closing, the price was as agreed without any haggle or hassle. My experience was nothing but positive.
They got me right in and my car fixed within a reasonable time frame. Wesley is always a joy to work with! He kept me informed and let me know right away what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix.
I'd have given a 5, except the scheduler told me they would need it all day. My husb followed me down, 45 min drive, only to have them call me 2 hrs later it was ready.i could've just waited.

On a whim, my husband and o decided to go look at some vehicles. Our salesman, Kody, was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We drove several vehicles before settling on one. Kody never lost patience with us and we ended up purchasing a used Volkswagen. It is a beautiful car and we got a good deal. I was very grateful for the years of reassurance that when I could come in, I would be immediately taken care of and after several attempts and cancellations by me, they were ready with my recall parts and went over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb. Best Dealership in Muskogee HANDS DOWN. My entire experience with Jay Hodge Chevy is as follows: I bought a used ford truck off their lot in march this year(2024) as i drive it home, the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted my salesman, they told me to bring it back. They had to take it to ford for repairs. The ford truck ended up having several Issues and has been in repair for two months. During the time it has been in the shop, Jay Hodge gave me a beautiful brand new loaner truck for the ENTIRE time ...

We went to Jay Hodge last night to look at a vehicle. The SUV we came to look at was gone but Michael Yadon approached us with some other options.
