My experience is always great at Jay Hodge because of Wesley Tollett! He ALWAYS provides OUTSTANDING service and takes great care of my vehicle. The dealership has changed owners twice since I purchased my vehicle and adopted some policies and procedures that I don’t like but Wesley is the only reason I continue to come back. He is the best person in your service department and should be duly compensated!!! I’m sure I am not the only customer that feels this way.

I had my 2022 Chevy Silverado in for repair and I was well taken care of by the service staff. A special shout out goes to Gina Steinman for her excellent customer service. She was very helpful in keeping me informed on the progress and finalization of the repair. Also a special thanks to Mark for getting me home and back to the dealership safe and sound.

Our salesman, John Frisby, was great. He's patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the different pickups on how they perform and explained how all the new gadgets inside work. We'll definitely be going back to do business with him in the future. Take note the Maintenance guy Wesley Tollett is always amazing and gets everything worked out for us easy peazy you'll want to get to know this guy for sure 😃 Steve Austin really helps out when it comes to understanding the paperwork etc. and we are more than happy about that !!!👍 John Frisby is a great guy he knew what he was doing and knew exactly what to say . Needed new tires and Gina was able to get them ordered and had them put on the next day. There was a small hole in one of the tires and they had to go get another one, but glad they caught it and took care of it.

Mylie was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle and very helpful. She made my experience very enjoyable even though I experienced a disappointment not related to the fault of the dealership.

Wesley in the service dept. had my car evaluated, called me and told me what was wrong, and started working on it before 9 am on Dec. 26.. I was shocked and so happy. I received my car back on Dec. 29 and it works great.

Found myself in a bad situation, with a low battery and no appropriate charger near by. Being an employee at another gm store I figured I’d ask here. I was blessed to have the service staff help me out and let me charge for an hour til I could make it to my next stop. Big thank you guys, it’s very much appreciated.

They were all honest, professional, and a great group of people to work with. John Frisby made sure I got into exactly what I wanted and Mylie Campbell helped handle all the paperwork when the vehicle arrived sooner than expected. The finance side of things was also a quick and smooth process. So thankful!

My husband, 4 children (ages 13-5) and myself were on a trip to Mexico from Iowa, when our car broke down. We arrived to your dealership around 5:30-6:00am. We sat in the lot and once the service department opened we went in, hoping we could get squeezed in. Started talking with Gina, gave her all the deatils on what was going on with the vehicle and the information on our vehicle. Explained that we were on a trip and we just purchased the vehicle several weeks prior. She took the car back and told us "we will see what we can do to get you back on the road", and explained that the techs arrive around 8:00am... we went across the lot to get some breakfast and returned. Several hours pass, they figured out what was going on with the vehicle. The techs went ahead and did what needed to be done. Lunch time came, staff took their breaks and went back to work. We were invited to eat as well because there was lots of leftover food from the lunchon. Upon further inspection of the vehicle, a part was needed but they had to take a trip to Tusla to get. Once the arrived back with the part, they began to program it, which was not easy. Meanwhile Gina had been in communication with the dealership where we purchased the vehicle, for the warranty purposes. Turned out what was wrong, was not covered. The owner of that particular dealership was the previous owner of our vehicle. He was kind enough to pay half of our bill. The repairs were completed shortly after 6:00pm. We couldn't be more greatful for you guys!! We have never come across a dealership that would squeeze us in like you guys did nor get us back on the road the same day! Not to mention the generosity that all of you showed us! We highly recommend!!
